Knowing what you want to achieve in the way of a charisma effect, sounds obvious. Yet when people say they do not have the personal impact they desire often they have no real clear aim. 

 

Try treating the challenge of having a clear Aim like telling an adventure story:

 

AIM:What does the superhero want to achieve?

 

Obstacles: What might stop the character achieving his or her aim?

 

Solutions: How does the superhero overcome these obstacles?
